摘要 本文从理论和实践两方面探讨出一种生化需氧量(BOD)测定中样品稀释倍数的简便推算方法。首先测定出COD_(Cr)值,然后按通式:Cn=COD_(Cr)/(5×2^(n-1)),(n=1,2,3),即可获得三个稀释倍数。结果表明,该法具有简便、准确度高、适应性强等优点,适用于各种类型废水BOD的分析监测。 This paper introduces a general formula for calculating the dilution factor of water sample in the BOD determination. The general formula is:Cn = COD_(cr)/ (5×2^(n-1)) (n=l,2,3). The value of the biochemical index (a= BOD_5/COD_(cr)) of the water sample is between 0. 25 to 0. 72 approximately. The method can be used to analyze the water sample, BOD_5/COD_(cr)of which is between 0. 10 to 1. 00. The method is very simple and convenient and may be used for various waste water samples. Its reliability has been proved by a large number of monitoring tests and experimental verifications. Particular applications of the formula were also described.
