高纯氧化钬中14个稀土杂质的光谱测定

Determination of Fourteen Rare Earth Impurities in High Purity Holmium Oxide by Controlled Atmosphere-Emission Spectroscropy

摘要 在3.4m Ebert平面光栅摄谱仪上将粉末试样放在氧-氩气氛中,在直流电弧阳级激发下,经正交设计对测试条件进行优化选择。研究表明,一次摄谱可完成高纯Ho_2O_3中14个稀土杂质元素的测定,杂质元素的测定下限为:Yb_2O_30.0001%;La_2O_3,Sm_2O_3和Eu_2O_30.0003;Y_2O_30.0005%;Pr_6O_(11)和Gd_2O_3 0.001%;Ce_2O_3,Nd_2O_3,Dy_2O_3和Tm_2O_30.003%;Er_2O_3 0.005%;Tb_4O_7和Lu_2O_3为0.01%。相对标准偏差为7.0~15.9%。 On a 3. 4m Ebert grating spectrograph, the powder samples are excited by DC arc with oxygen-argon controlled atmosphere. The calibration curve is ploted by lgR to lgc. The principal element holmium is used as internal standard. The 14 rare earth impurities are determined in a single photogrphy. The detection limits of these elements are as follows: 0.0001% for Yb_2O_3;0. 0003% for La_2O_3,Sm_2O_3and Eu_2O_3; 0. 0005% for Y_2O_3; 0. 001% for Pr_6O_(11) and Gd_2O_3; 0. 003% for Ce_2O_3; Nd_2O_3, Dy_2O_3and Tm_2O_3; 0. 005% for Er_2O_3; 0. 01% for Tb_4O_7and Lu_2O_3. The relative standard deviations of this method are 7. 0~15.9%. The recoveries are 94~ 112%.
