摘要
本文研究了^(99m)TcO_4^-在C_(18)、C_8、PRP-三种柱上的常规反相和离子对反相HPLC性能,系统地考察了流动相组成对^(99m)TcO_4^-的保留和分辨的影响,提出了还原剂的柱上吸附干扰的消除方法,并用于废液、尿、血及几种^(99m)TcO_4^-放射性药物的分析,测试结果,检测限约10^(-10)mol/L锝,保留时间约5min,回收率近于100%,可用于实际试样分析。
In this paper regular reverse phase and ion-pair reverse phase HPLC determination of ^(99m) TcO_4^- with C_(18), C_8and PRP-S columns are reported. It includes the selection of mobile phase and working conditions, the investigation of the interferences and their elimination, and the comparison of the analytical results obtained with normal phase of aminobonded column. The results by means of two kinds of reverse-phase on three columns are satisfactory for the retention times ( 4~5min ), the recovery (100%) of radioactive species and the resolution between ^(99m)TcO_4^- and its reduced species.
