摘要
本文详细研究了在阿拉伯树胶存在下,Zn-SCN^--罗丹明B显色体系水相光度法测定痕量锌的新方法。缔合物的最大吸收峰在596nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.68×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Sandell灵敏度为3.89×10^(-5)μg/cm^2Zn。锌含量在0~0.4μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。方法用于毛发和兔肉中痕量锌的测定,结果较为满意。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of trace amounts of zinc,based on the formation of an ion-association complex of Zn- SCN- Rhodamine B in aqueous phase in the presence of arabic gum. The maximum absorption of the ion-association complex is at 596nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.68×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 596nm. Beer's law is obeyed for zinc from 0 to 0. 4μg/ 25mL. This method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of zinc in the hairs and meat of rabbit with satisfactory results.
