摘要
多孔阳极氧化铝PAA作为模板在纳米材料制备和研究中获得了广泛应用。通常在草酸溶液中得到是小孔径的高度有序的PAA模板,而在磷酸溶液中得到的大孔径的PAA模板有序度较差。为了得到高度有序的大孔径模板,本文在磷酸溶液中研究了高度有序模板的制备工艺。结果,通过压印技术和低浓度磷酸的混合溶剂电解液中的阳极氧化可以得到大孔径且高度有序的PAA模板。
Porous anodic alumina (PAA) has been widely applied as templates in the nanomaterial synthesis and nanotechnology studies. In general, small diameter and highly ordered PAA template can be obtained in oxalic acid solution, whereas, low ordered PAA template is obtained in phosphorus acid solution. In order to obtain big diameter and highly ordered PAA template, the preparation nanotechnologies were investigated in the phosphorus acid solution. The results show that big diameter and highly ordered PAA template can be obtained by nano-imprinting technology and anodization in phosphorus acid solution in the mixed solvents.
