摘要
知识管理对现代化图书馆的发展有着深刻的影响,在网络信息日趋发达的今天,对大量信息进行有效的采集更是起着举足轻重的作用。本文从我院实际工作出发,从知识管理理念、内涵等方面对知识管理在图书馆信息采集中的应用进行了探究。
Knowledge management has a profound effect on the development of modern library , The acquisition on information effectively is of vital importance with the network information increasingly developed at present. The concept and the connotation of knowledge management with it＇s role in the information acquisition were discussed in this paper based on the management of library in our hospital.
