近几年国内核电快速发展,核电与电力行业有了越来越多的接触和融合,核电技术监督如何开展越来越突出。技术监督是电力行业一种重要的监督管理方式,为电网、机组安全运行做出了重要贡献。核安全监督是核电厂从核安全角度出发,保障核安全的目的。技术监督和核安全监督这两种方式出发点不同,各有侧重点。本文简述了国内各核电站技术监督的开展现状与发展,同时对两种管理模式进行了简介,并对其开展模式进行了探讨。

With the rapidly development of nuclear power plants, there are more and more communicates between the nuclear power plants and power industry, so the power technology surveillance management in nuclear power plants gets more attention. Technology surveillance is an important way in power industry, to ensure the safety of grid and plants. From the point of nuclear safety, nuclear power plants ensure the safety. Two ways are different in purposes and key points. This artiele describes the present situation and development, contrast with each other, and diseusses the development way in future.
