本文通过对西藏××县××盆地区域大地构造背景,以及砂岩型铀矿成矿条件的分析,确定了新近系芒乡组(N1m)为盆地砂岩铀矿的找矿目的层。该层中发育冲积扇、辫状河、三角洲、湖泊相沉积,具有泥-砂-泥的岩性组合,砂岩发育,在仓木错的东南边缓坡地带,存在诸多形成地浸砂岩型铀矿的有利条件,是成矿的有利地区。
