朱老方加味治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎45例

On the Treatment of 45 Cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis due to Dampness-heat Blockage with Supplemented Zhulaofang

目的:观察朱老方加味治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组给予朱老方加味,每日1剂,水煎400 mL,分早、晚2次空腹温服;对照组给予白芍总苷胶囊(帕夫林),每次0.6 g,每日2次,口服。两组均以15 d为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。结果:治疗组、对照组有效率分别占66.67%、33.33%,组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:朱老方加味治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of supplemented zhulaofang in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis due to dampness-heat blockage.Methods：90 cases with rheumatoid arthritis due to dampness-heat blockage were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group,the former were given supplemented zhulaofang,1 dose each day, decocted into 400 mL and taken in the morning and evening respectively.The control group were treated with total glucosides of paeony orally,0.6 g each time and twice a day.There were altogether 4 courses for the two groups,15 days as 1 course.Results：The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 66.67% and 33.33%,the difference between them was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion：The curative effect of supplemented zhulaofang in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis due to dampness-heat blockage was significant,worthy of clinical application.
