摘要
发动机短舱是飞机动力装置的重要组成部分,在民机研究领域内不可回避。发动机短舱设计的主要目的是提供包容整个发动机而且对发动机和飞机性能影响最小、最紧凑的流线外形。采用多种曲线造型方法,利用短舱剖面面积分布规律,建立了涡扇发动机短舱型面数学模型。基于C++语言开发了短舱型面设计程序。根据实际需要,通过方便的参数输入,可以设计不同交错角、不同流道类型、型面充分光滑的短舱。设计的短舱型面能够满足飞机和发动机对其光滑度、连续性的要求。
Engine nacelle is an important part of the aircraft power plant,unavoidable in commercial research field.The main purpose of the engine nacelle design is to provide the whole engine and the most compact streamline shape that could impact aircraft performance the least.A mathematical model of turbofan-engine nacelle surface has been established with different modeling methods for constructing curves and rules of nacelle channel section area.Nacelle surface design program has been developed based on C++ language.According to the actual need,series of nacelles which are smooth enough and have different angle of interleave and channel could be designed by inputting parameters conveniently.The smoothness and continuity of nacelle surfaces could saisfy plane and engine's demands.
