三次光顺样条在FSAE轮胎数据处理中的应用

摘要 研究了三次光顺样条函数在大学生FSAE轮胎测试数据处理中的应用。通过使用三次光顺样条函数对赛车轮胎原始测试数据进行侧偏、纵向等特性曲线的拟合,可构造出便于建模的新轮胎数据。使用新的轮胎数据可以快速、准确地实现轮胎特性曲面的可视化,构建轮胎四变量仿真模型以及实现Magic Formula轮胎模型参数的识别,从而便于FSAE设计人员了解轮胎特性,构建轮胎模型以及进行整车动力学仿真。通过Matlab/Simulink编程以及ADAMS的仿真验证了上述轮胎数据处理方法的可行性,为中国大学生FSAE在轮胎数据处理领域积累了一定的经验。 Alstract:The application of cubic smoothing spline in the processing of FSAE test tire data is studied.By using cubic smoothing spline to fit the tire curves,such as lateral and longitudinal characteristics,the new tire data are constructed for modeling.Based on the new data,the visualization of the tire characteristic surface is achieved fast and accurately,so are the construction of tire simulation-modeling with 4 variables and the parameter identification of Magic Formula tire model.Accordingly,the FSAE designers can thoroughly understand the tire characteristics and build the tire model conveniently in order to conduct the dynamic simulation of the entire racecar.The feasibility of the disposal method above is proved by Matlab/Simulink and ADAMS simulation.The research accumulated some experiences in the field of tire data processing of China FSAE.
