摘要 汽轮机的主蒸汽阀是电厂重要的辅机设备,其工作环境极其恶劣,近年来由于阀门失效导致的事故明显增多,造成了很大的经济损失。应用三维设计软件对660MW超临界汽轮机主蒸汽阀的阀壳和阀座进行建模,通过软件接口导入大型有限元分析软件中,利用有限元分析法,进行了冷态启动工况下温度场、温度应力场、机械应力场和综合应力场的分析。找出了应力集中部位,给出了运行和大修中应注意的问题,为工程实际中主蒸汽阀的设计加工提供了重要参考。 In recent years,there are great economic losses caused by the increasingly accidents due to the failure of the main steam valve of the steam turbine which is one of the important auxiliary machinery in the power plant and its working condition is always extremely serious.The valve shell and seat model of 660MW supercritical steam turbine is built with 3D design software,then it is imported into the large finite element analysis software through the interface.Using the finite element analysis,the temperature field,temperature stress field,mechanical stress field and integrated stress field are analyzed during the cold start conditions,and the stress concentration parts are founded out The result provides the items should be paid attention to during the processing,repair and daily operation for the valve shell and seat.
