摘要
目前关于电动助力转向系统助力特性曲线的研究多数基于转矩-车速下的二维情况,忽略了车辆载荷的影响,特别是低速重载情况下对车辆转向阻力矩的产生起着重要的作用。研究多参量电动助力转向系统的助力特性及变化规律,能够得到更为理想的助力效果。在分析了系统转向阻力矩的机理与EPS整体模型的基础上,结合FUZZY LOGIC软件,利用转向盘转矩、前轴载荷及车速来确定目标电流,通过仿真比较得出,该助力内容更加丰富完整,符合工况。最后建立了多参量助力特性曲线。
The research on the assist characteristic curve of Electric Power Steering(EPS)is almost based on torque and speed currently.It ignores the load factors,especially the effect of steering resistance torque under heavy toad and low speed.Study on multiple factors of EPS,including steering torque,load and speed will generate more reasonable assist characteristic curve.On the basis of the analysis of the mechanism of steering resistance torque and overall model of EPS,it determines the assist current using the mentioned three factors with FUZZY LOGIC.Through simulation and comparison,the assist content is richer.It gives a new multi-parameter assist characteristic curve.
