摘要 研制了电动汽车用锂电池车载充电机,采用L4981和KA3846作为两级功率变换的控制核心,以MC9S08DZ60作为系统监控和数据传输的控制核心,开发了恒压、恒流以及充电过程控制算法,设计了两级功率变换的硬件控制电路。样机实验结果表明,车载充电机较好地实现了充电过程控制、数据传输与监控以及保护等功能,获得了较高的功率因素和效率。 The lithium battery on-board charger was developed for electric vehicles with L4981A and KA3846 as system control core. With Mcgs08DZ60 as system monitoring and data transmission control core, the control algorithm was developed, such as constant voltage, constant current and charging process, and control circuit of the power transform was designed. Prototype experimental results show that control of the charging process, data transmission, monitoring and protection functions of the on-board charger are achieved and high power factor and efficiencv was obtained.
