摘要
现代高频开关稳压电源以体积小、效率高、噪声低、可靠性高等优点已广泛应用于各种工业控制设备、医疗仪器以及各种家用电器等产品中。主要分析了一种数控机床系统用开关电源的工作原理,对主变换电路等各部分电路的工作过程、器件选择及主变压器参数等进行了设计研究。通过大量试验,最终完成了该数控机床系统开关稳压电源的研制,各项指标满足系统要求,工作稳定可靠。
Modern high-frequency switching power supply with small volume, high efficiency, low noise, high reliability and other advantages have been widely used in various industrial control equipments, medical equipment and various household appliances and other products. The working principle of switching power supply for CNC machine tool system was analyzed. The main converter circuit and other parts of the working process of the circuit, device selection and main transformer parameters was designed and studied in this paper. Through a lot of experiments, the CNC machine tool system switching power supply was developed. Its various indicators meet the demand of the system with stable and reliable working.
