摘要
生物滴滤塔处理含H2S废气具有良好的前景。微生物是降解H2S的载体,生物膜特性是H2S的脱除效率的影响因子。本文选取无色硫细菌(CSB)作为研究对象,研究了不同水力停留时间(HRT)条件下CSB在一个生长周期内悬浮微生物与附着微生物(生物膜)的变化趋势、SO2-4生成速率与悬浮微生物生长的关系,生物膜活性与生物膜的平均厚度。HRT为60 s时,体系中附着微生物浓度为附着微生物与悬浮微生物的比例最大,生物膜达到最佳厚度282μm,生物膜活性最高为150.2 mg/(g·6h)。SO2-4生成速率可以作为微生物生长是否稳定的标准。
The treatment of waste gas containing H2S by bio-trickling filter has good prospects. Microbial carrier plays a major role in H2S removing process, and the biofilm characteristics affect the removal efficiency.
