摘要
兰渝铁路是设计时速为200 km的客货共线双线铁路,为跨越巉柳高速公路,设计采用了1孔96 m下承式钢管混凝土拱桥。针对客货共线铁路对桥梁的要求,简要介绍96 m下承式钢管混凝土拱桥的结构设计和施工方法,分别采用平面和空间计算模型,对该桥进行静力计算分析、拱脚节点局部应力分析、自振特性分析和空间稳定性分析,计算分析表明该桥设计合理,各项设计计算值均满足规范要求。
Located on Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway which serves as a 200 km/h mixed passenger and freight railway with double tracks, the 96m through-type arch bridge in the form of concrete-filled steel tube was designed so as to cross above the Chankou-Liugouhe Expressway. In view of the requirements on bridge of a mixed passenger and freight railway, this thesis introduced briefly the structure design and construction method of 96 m through-type arch bridge with concrete-filled steel tube. Meanwhile, by using two-dimensional and spatial calculation models respectively, the bridge was put into analysis in several aspects, including the static calculation, local stresses at the arch springing, natural vibration characteristic and spatial stability. The analysis result show that the design of this bridge is reasonable, and all the values of the design and calculation can meet the requirements stipulated in relevant codes.
