摘要
简要介绍对称三开道岔的组成、道岔开向及运行方向,同时介绍室外信号系统转辙机的安装原则、安装方式及A、B机的操作原则,针对该操作原则从信号安全技术的角度对道岔控制电路进行设计,分析电路控制原理、动作顺序等逻辑关系,满足故障-安全原则。在该基础上,对地铁应用的典型站型的逻辑关系进行分析,提出4组道岔相互之间的控制原理及操作原则,从而设计了联锁软件输入\输出及室内控制电路之间的逻辑关系,以满足运营要求。该道岔类型在地铁中首次应用,对控制车站规模,节省土建投资有积极的作用。
The thesis briefly introduced the composition of the symmetrical orientation and operation direction, simultaneously introduced the installation method of the switch machine of out-door signal system, also introduced the op B machines. Subsequently, in view of above-mentioned operation principles, three-way turnout and its principle and installation eration principles of A and the control circuit of the turnout was designed from the perspective of signal safety technology; and then the control principle of electric circuit, the operation sequence and other logical relationship were analyzed so as to meet the fault-safety principle. On this basis, the logical relationship of the typical station types employed in metros was analyzed, also both the control principle and the operation principle among the four groups of turnouts were put forward in this thesis. Eventually, the logical relationship between the interlocking software input/output and the in-door control circuit was designed in order to meet the operational requirement. As a result, this kind of turnout was used in metro for the first time, playing a positive role for controlling station scale and for saving project investment.
