摘要
为了了解当前高等院校教师工作压力状况,对黑龙江财经学院、黑龙江科技大学、哈尔滨理工大学、哈尔滨金融学院、大庆师范学院、黑河学院中不同职称级别的专职教师,从教学压力、科研压力、职称晋升压力、其他压力4个方面,以调查问卷的形式进行了抽样调查,并用SPSS软件对调查的相关数据进行统计,然后以Matlab遗传算法软件包修改不同职称级别对应的权重,采用集对分析方法进行分析评价,结果显示:集对分析方法将高校教师综合压力分成5类,与实际被调查教师自身评价基本一致,表明集对分析法评价高校教师压力是可行的.
Taking Heilongjiang University of Finance and Economics, Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin University of Finance, Daqing Normal University, Heihe University as the tested targets, teachers' pressure from teaching, scientific research, professional title and other aspects are explored via questionnaire survey. The data related to the investigation was dealt with SPSS and changed corresponding weight with Matlab genetic algorithm software package. It shows that set pair analysis method classified teachers' pressure into 5 types, which is almost in line with teachers' own evaluation. In a word, set pair analysis method can be employed to evaluate teachers' pressure.
