幼年和成年大鼠对纳米二氧化钛口服毒性的易感性研究

摘要纳米二氧化钛作为白色素在食品中使用，可改善食品的质量和口感，从而在食品添加剂领域表现出广阔的应用前景，其中尤以在糖果中的应用最为广泛。故喜爱甜食的儿童，将有更多机会接触到纳米二氧化钛，其对儿童健康的潜在影响十分值得关注。
