沥青洒布车喷嘴气缸耗气量的探讨

Discussion on Air Consumption of Nozzle Type Cylinder of Asphalt Distributor

通过对沥青洒布车喷嘴的工作原理进行研究,结合通用气缸耗气量的计算方法,给出喷嘴式气缸工作时耗气量的计算过程。针对沥青洒布车气缸耗气量计算过程中容易混淆的时间选取问题,给出从时间和频率的角度计算单气缸耗气量的方法。在计算总耗气体积时,引入表示气缸活塞运动次数的参数K,用以简化计算。
