摘要
针对铣刨机高压水泵频繁损坏失效等故障,对其工作压力和相关参数展开测试研究和故障原因分析。试验结果表明:负载波动大、驱动油源流量不稳定、高压水泵回油背压高等因素造成水泵工作环境恶劣,是导致高压水泵故障频繁发生的主要因素。针对以上原因提出了解决方案,成功解决此类故障。
Aimed at the frequent damages and failures of high-pressure water pump of milling machine, tests were run on working pressure and related parameters in order to figure out the causes. The results show that when the load fluctuates significantly or the flow of drive oil becomes unstable, or the oil returns with high backpressure in water pump, the working condition for water pump turns bad, which causes most of the failures. Based on information above, solution was proposed, and problems were solved.
