硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变70例疗效观察

目的:观察硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:70例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,对照组采用甲钴胺注射液治疗,治疗组用硫辛酸联合依帕司他注射液静脉输注,疗程均为3周。结果:2型糖尿病周围神经病变症状及神经传导速度均有明显改善,但治疗组比对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效优于对照组,能够明显改善老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状及神经传导速度。
