无创通气在呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的应用

目的：探讨无创通气在治疗呼吸衰竭患者中的的疗效.方法：2010年08月～2012年12月收治的50例呼吸衰竭患者,其中对照组和治疗组各25例.所有病例均采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在常规治疗方法上加用无创通气.检测两组血PH值、动脉血氧分压（PaO2）、动脉二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）、心率、呼吸频率,住院时间、插管率及病死率.结果：治疗组在PH、PaO2 PaCO2、心率、呼吸频率的改善上均优于对照组（P＜0.05）,治疗组住院天数少于对照组（P＜0.05）,治疗组插管率明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）,两组死亡率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：无创通气使用方便、不良反应及并发症少,疗效确切.

Objective to evaluate the role of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure in patients with curative effect. Methods select our hospital from August 2010 to December 2012, 50 patients with respiratory failure were treated, among them the control group, 25 cases, treatment group （25 cases）. All cases are the conventional treatment methods, treatment group in the conventional treatment method and using noninvasive ventilation. Detection of two groups of patients＇blood PH, arterial blood oxygen partial pressure （ PaO2 ） , arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure （ PaCO2 ） , heart rate, breathing rate, length of hospital stay, intubation rate and case fatality rate of statistics. Results the treatment group in PH, PaO2 and PaCO2 , heart rate, breathing rate on the improvement of were superior to control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , hospitalization days lower in treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , treatment group intubation rate is significantly lower than control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, there was no statistically significant difference in mortality in both groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） o Con- elusion noninvasive ventilation has convenient use, less adverse reaction and fewer complications, and treatment of respiratory failure curative effect, etc.
