与国际同类工作比较,ASES/MS的质谱检索系统有两个特点:一是系统所依存的质谱数据库有更高的科学质量,在建库过程中,我们修改和抛弃了广泛流传于国际质谱数据资料中的约2000个化合物的错误质谱;二是采用独立发展的正反检结合型原理检索策略,较好地克服了国际上的单纯正检索或单纯反检索原理系统的缺陷,集中了两者的优点.

The ASES/MS mass spectral data search system has two outstanding features.First,it rests on a higher scientific quality mass spectral data base containing spectra of 4500 comp-ounds,while the wrong spectra of 2000 compounds in mass spectral data widely used abroad are rectified or abandoned.Second it uses a newly developed research principle that combines forward research with reverse research,thus the shortcomings of each method used separately are overcome and advantages are concentrated.
