1例多发生性骨髓瘤病史患者合并新生血管性青光眼的护理

总结1例多发生性骨髓瘤病史患者合并新生血管性青光眼的护理过程。入院后予药物降眼压治疗、视网膜光凝术、青光眼引流阀植入术。护理措施予术前护理:休息、饮食指导、安全护理、心理护理及用药指导。术后护理:视网膜光凝术后护理、青光眼引流阀植入术后护理干预。通过个案护理总结出了一套合并有血液病患者新生血管性青光眼的护理经验。

Summarize the nursing process of a patient with multiple myeloma complicated by neovaseular glaucoma. The patient were giv- en drugs, retinal photocoagulation and glaucoma valve implantation surgery to reduce the intraocular pressure. Nursing measures taken before operation including： rest, dietary and medication guidance, safety and psychological nursing. Postoperative nursing measures were local care after retinal photocoagulation and nursing intervention after glaucoma valve implantation. Through the case of blood disease complicated by neovascular glaucoma we summarize a set of nursing experience.
