摘要
铁路工程质量、建设水平的提高,很大程度上取决于电力牵引供电工程施工质量标准的科学性和可操作性。对比分析我国铁路电牵工程与德国铁路电牵工程、我国电力行业的施工质量验收标准,参考借鉴国内外经验,结合我国铁路实际情况,提出采用接触网非接触式静态检测车辆等先进仪器设备、科学检测方法,强化材料设备进场验收检测和研发施工技术资料信息化管理(网络)平台等,从质量控制措施、资料管理手段、验收单元划分等三方面完善我国铁路电牵工程施工质量验收标准的具体建议,并给出重要实例。
It depends largely on the scientific; and operability of standards to improve the level of railway electric trac- tion feeding engineering constructional quality. Through comparative analysis about standards for constructional quality acceptance of electric engineering among China Railway and German Railway, China Power to find out the main differ- enees. Then this paper references domestic and foreign experience, combined with the actual situation of China Railway, uses the contact line static detection vehicles and other advanced equipments, scientific detection methods, strengthens material and equipment site acceptance testing anti R & D construction technical data management (Network) platform. Concrete suggestions to improve the standards for railway electric traction teeding engineering constructional quality ac- ceptance in China is proposed from the quality control measures, information management and acceptance unit division. Finally important examples are given.
