摘要
教育公平是社会公平的重要内容,是指国家对教育资源进行配置时所依据的合理性的规范或原则。这里所说的"合理"是指要符合社会整体的发展和稳定,符合社会成员的个体发展和需要,并从两者的辨证关系出发来统一配置教育资源。城乡教育一体化的实质是把城市教育与农村教育作为一个整体相互融合、相互促进、共同发展,是城乡统筹的科学发展观在教育上的具体体现,也是实现教育公平,推进社会主义和谐社会建设的必要保障。
Education equality is an important content of social equality. It refers to the reasonable norms or principles when the government allocates the educational resources. The word "reasonable" here should conform to the development and stability of the society, and accord with the development and needs of social individuals. The allocation of educational relationship should be based on the dialectical relationship of the two parties. The essence of the integration of urban and rural education is to realize the equality of education. As a unity of education, urban education and rural education should realize mutual fusion, mutual promotion and mutual development. This is the embodiment of scientific development of urban and rural values in education, and also is the guarantee of the realization of educational equity, as well as the construction of socialist harmonious society.
