摘要
介绍了欧盟REACH法规中有关合成橡胶产品的注册要求、限制要求、高关注物质通报要求及安全数据表更新要求,分析了欧盟REACH法规对中国合成橡胶工业的影响,提出中国橡胶行业应对欧盟REACH法规的发展趋势。
Some high level legal provisions for synthetic rubber products in registration,restriction,substances of very high concern and safety data sheet were introduced in the EU REACH regulation （1907/2006/EC）.The impact of the regulation on China＇ s synthetic rubber industry was analyzed,and the development trend of China＇ s synthetic rubber industry to reply the EU REACH regulation was prospected.
