摘要
以上海31所高职图书馆网站为研究对象,调研高职图书馆中外文数字资源、自建特色数字资源及试用数字资源的建设现状,以及所提供的网络服务,包括参考咨询服务、检索服务、特色服务、导航服务、辅助信息服务,找出其中存在的问题,并据此提出一些建议。
Choosing 31 library websites of vocational colleges in Shanghai as research objects, the paper investigates Chinese digital resources and foreign digital resources, self-built characteristic digital resources and trial digital resources. And then it investigates network services in the library websites, including network reference service, retrieval ser- vice, characteristic service, navigation service and ancillary service. Based on these, the paper finds out some prob- lems and gives some suggestions.
