图书馆员职业化建设的障碍和对策分析

图书馆员是沟通读者与馆藏文献的桥梁,充当着文献信息传递的重要角色。分析了馆员职业化建设的必要性和建设过程中可能遇到的障碍,并提出了相应的对策,得出馆员职业化建设有利于图书馆自身的发展及核心竞争力的提高;同时,培养良好的职业精神、建立严格的馆员准入条件、完善图书馆学教育制度等举措,既有利于推进馆员职业化建设,也有利于馆员未来的发展。

Librarian is the bridge of readers and library collections, plays an important role in transmitting documents and in- formation. This article analyzes the necessity and barriers of librarian professionalization construction, then puts for- ward the corresponding countermeasures, concludes that librarian＇s professionalization construction is conducive to the development of the library itself and the improvement of library core competitiveness. At the same time, the measures such as cultivating good professional spirit, establishing strict librarian access conditions, improving the e- ducation system of library science, is helpful to promoting the construction of librarian professionalization and the development of librarians in the future.
