护理人员护理伦理知识及应对伦理问题能力的调查

Investigation of Nursing Ethical Knowledge and Ability to Deal With Ethical Problems in Nurses

目的了解临床护理人员对护理伦理学知识的掌握程度以及应对常见护理伦理问题的现状,为帮助护理人员处理临床护理伦理问题提供依据。方法 2011年10～12月,采用自行设计的问卷,对上海市某三级甲等医院110名临床护理人员进行调查。结果护理伦理学知识方面满分11分,总得分为(4.30±1.385);应对护理伦理问题行为方面满分30分,总得分为(26.46±3.233)。结论护理管理者要加强对临床护理人员护理伦理知识的再教育和培训;提高护理人员应对临床护理伦理相关问题的能力。

Objective： To understand the degree of clinical nursing staff mastering the knowledge of nursing ethics and cope with the common ethical problems, to provide reference for nursing staff to deal with clinical nursing ethical issues. Method： A self - designed questionnaire was used in 110 clinical nurses of a top level hospital in Shanghai. Results：The average score of the ＂ nursing ethics knowledge＂ was （4.30 ± 1. 385 ） , whose full score was 11 ; the average score of the part ＂behavior of dealing with nursing ethics problems＂ was （ 26.46 ± 3. 233 ） , its full mark was 30. Conclusion ： Nursing managers should reeducate and train the clinical nurses and improve nursing staff＇s ability of dealing with clinical nursing ethical problems.
