摘要
社区健康教育发展的影响因素有生物学因素、社会环境因素、行为与生活方式因素等,基于低碳经济背景,提出黑龙江省社区健康教育的发展对策:加强低碳社区建设;做好建设低碳社区宣传工作;建立居民基本健康档案;调动健康教育工作者的积极性,培养居民低碳消费的理念并倡导低碳消费。
The following factors could influence the development of community health education： biological, social environmental, behavioral and lifestyle factors, etc. This paper proposed the countermeasures for the devel- opment of community health education in Heilongjiang based on the low carbon economy background, which inclu- ding： to strengthen the construction of low carbon community; complete the construction of low carbon community propaganda work; establish a residents basic health records; arouse the enthusiasm of health education workers＇ cultivate low carbon consumption concept and advocating low carbon consumption.
