医科大学新生艾滋病歧视与污名现状调查 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解与分析大学生关于艾滋病知识、行为和态度的现状。方法采用封闭式问卷调查和深度访谈的方法对某医科大学213名本专科新入学学生关于艾滋病知识和态度方面的情况进行了调查。结果调查发现,该医科大学学生对艾滋病知识的知晓率较高,性行为发生率较低,部分学生对艾滋病患者持排斥与歧视态度。结论部分大学生缺乏相应的自我保护意识,较易受到艾滋病的侵害。且对艾滋病知识了解不够全面,未能做到客观正确的去看待艾滋病。 Obiective :To understand the medical college students'attitude towards AIDS, to explore the countermeasures for anti -AIDS discrimination. Methods:A random sample of 213 students in 1676 freshmen from ten schools of the capital university of medical sciences was studied. Enclosed questionnaire and depth interview were carried out. SPSS software package and Atlas analysis software was used. Results:The awareness rate of AIDS was high (85%). 90.6% agreed that AIDS can be prevented, 7.5% thought it can not be prevented, 1.9% did not have an idea. There werel9.7% students did not agree that " AIDS cannot be cured, but can be prevented". 8. 9% thought the infected people should be open to public, but 44.6% thought it should not, 45.1% thought it depends and 1.4% did not have an idea. 58.2% though the infected people should be allowed to work, 4.2% thought should not, 35.2% thought it depends and 2.3% did not have an idea. 72.3% showed sympathy to AIDS patient, average was 25.8%, no sympathize accounted for 1.9%. Conclusions ~ Publicity materials, lectures and television are the main way for students acquiring AIDS knowledge. Common moral judgments often have over- whelming power, makes it hard for new propaganda discourse was accepted by people. This kind of discrimination and stigma have strong influences, can cause more discriminate against AIDS. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out anti -discrimination health education of AIDS in college students.
