The New Approach of Medical Law Talents Training: Clinical Experts Fully Involved In the Cultivation of Talents

医事法律专业复合型人才的培养有利于医疗纠纷的预防和有效解决,缓解激烈的医患冲突。由于长期以来缺乏结构合理的"复合型"师资队伍,学生接受的是单纯法学思维训练,且课程设置不合理、重理论轻实践,医事法律人才培养一直较难达到既定目标。临床专家全程参与的方式为此提供了新的思路和视野,通过训练学生从医学角度去预防和解决医疗纠纷的技能,能够打破医学与法学之间的隔阂,从而走出目前医事法律人才培养的困境。

The talents training of medical law may be benefit for the reduction and prevention ot doctor - patients disputes. But the goal of talents training can not be realized in a long time mainly because of the lack of reasonable structure of compound teacher team, improper curriculum system and emphasizing theory neglecting practice. Clinical experts participation of cultivation would provide a new approach and vision for the dilemma. By training the skills of prevention and solving the disputes between doctors and patients from the view of medical science instead of legal science, it is expected to break the gap between medicine and law and resolve the problems in the cultivation of medical law talents training.
