培养医务人员信息素养,是目前中国医务人员信息素养的现状需要,是医务工作人员学习交流的需要,也是医学科研的需要以及医务工作者自身道德素质提高的需要。图书馆在医务人员信息素养的培养过程中,应加强他们对信息的鉴别与分析能力。为此,应完善规章制度、丰富图书馆员的伦理学知识,营造浓厚的信息伦理知识氛围,以更好地为读者提供服务。

Cultivating the information literacy of the medical staff is the current needs of the present situation of information literacy in China, also is the needs of the medical staff communication, the needs of medical research and the needs for medical workers to improve their quality of morality. The library, while in the process of medical personnel information literacy cultivation, should strengthen their ability to identify and analysis of the information. Therefore, the rules and regulations should be improved, the ethical knowledge of the librarians should be enriched, strong information ethics knowledge atmosphere should be built in order to better provide service for read- ers.
