中医传统职业精神的"仁心"、"业精"等要求被社会和医者行业所认同,因此要把中医传统职业精神贯穿到医院精神的建设和行为规范建设中,从培育服务社会的职业理想、严谨求实的职业态度、敬畏生命的职业责任、高超精湛的职业技能、令行禁止的职业纪律、悲悯为怀的职业良心、诚信廉洁的职业信誉、敬业奉献的职业作风等方面入手,促进中医传统职业精神的回归和发扬,对优化医院职业生态环境,构建和谐医患关系具有重要的意义。

The requirements like ＂benevolence＂, ＂ outstanding performance＂ in traditional Chinese medicine traditional professional spirits are wildly acceptable by society and medical field. Therefore, it is meaningful that we put traditional professional spirit of traditional Chinese medicine through into the hospital spirit construction and code of conduct, including ： rigorous truth - seeking attitude, fear of life of professional reaponsibility, superb su- perb professional skills, prevents this professional discipline, compassion for the professional conscience, integrity career reputation, dedicated professional style and so on. By doing so it is expected to promote the return and de- velop of the traditional vocational spirit of traditional Chinese medicine, to optimize hospital professional ecological environment, build a harmonious doctorpatient relationship.
