基于AHP对抗精神疾病药物疗效的综合评价

目的探讨基于AHP综合评价法判断利培酮、阿立哌唑和氯氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效的方法。方法将判断药物疗效的相关因素归纳为6个因素,9个水平并建立评价指标体系,收集评价指标的原始值,确定与各项评价指标相对应的权重系数,建立线性加权综合法模型,利用AHP计算各系统的综合评价值。结果三类药物综合评价值得到,阿立哌唑>利培酮>氯氮平。结论研究建立了药物疗效评判模型,并对研究药物进行定量分析,避免单因素判断药物疗效,而使药物疗效的判断更加客观,合理,全面。基于AHP综合评价法对抗精神疾病药物疗效的定量分析,为综合评价法在药物治疗的评判中提供了有利的算法支持,为后面的研究工作提供了有效依据。

Objective： To explore the method of judging Risperidone, Aripiprazole and Clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia with comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP. Methods： To determine factors related to drug efficacy is classified into 6 factors, 9 levels and establish the evaluation index system. Collect primitive value of evaluation indexes, the weight coefficient of determination and evaluation indexes of the corresponding, establish the linear weighting model, Using AHP calculation value of comprehensive evaluation of the system. Results： the comprehensive evaluation of three drugs, Aripiprazole 〉Risperidone〉Clozapine. Conclusion： The established evaluation model drug, and do some quantitative analysis of the drugs, avoid single factor judgment drug treatment, and make evaluation of the drug efficacy more objective, reasonable, and comprehensive, comprehensive evaluation method to Quantitative analysis of Antipsychotic efficacy based on AHP ,it provides support for powerful algorithm for the comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation of drug treatment ,Provide the effective basis for future work.
