摘要
针对北宿煤矿薄煤层开采,岩巷、半煤岩巷道掘进量大、辅助运输提升紧张及建筑物下压煤等问题,进行了煤矸石充填料配比试验研究和井下泵送充填系统与工艺设计。确定矸石充填料质量配比为:水∶粉煤灰∶煤矸石=1∶1∶10。采用大小矸石仓结合的方法,实现了矸石的井下运输、破碎、储存;各种充填材料在搅拌机作用下充分搅拌成似膏体状,再经煤矸石输送泵通过管路充填到采空区。该充填系统机械化程度高,实际应用与操作方便,对煤矿薄煤层地质条件适应性强。
Based on the thin seam mining, large excavation of rock roadway or half coal seam roadway, the pressed coal under building and so on in Beisu Coal Mine,gangue filling material and its mix proportion were determined,and filling system and technology were designed. The weight of the filling material is:water:coal ash:coal gangue= 1 : 1 : 10. The method of combination of large and small refuse bin was adopted to realize the underground transportation,fragment and restoration of gangue. All kinds of filling material were stirred to paste under the function of mixer,and then filled to the gob by the transportation of coal gangue transfer pump. Highly mechanized and conveniently applied and operated,this filling system highly adapts to the thin coal seam in the coal mine.
