AHV-Ⅳ可控震源发动机工作温度过高原因分析

摘要 由于可控震源长期工作在野外环境和地表条件比较恶劣的情况下,发动机容易在使用的中后期出现防冻液温度过高的问题,这个问题在非洲及中东探区尤其突出。本文结合在撒哈拉沙漠腹地施工的一套AHV-Ⅳ可控震源在运转17 000h时出现的发动机高温故障,就如何根据不同故障现象,提出了解决思路和实施办法,本文还就解决效果进行了总结和介绍。 Since the field operation of vibroseis is always being in poor environment and complex areas, the anti-freeze fluid temperature of the engine is easy to abnormally high especially after long time working, particularly in Africa and the Middle East area. In this paper, combined with the engine temperature fault of AHV-IV vibroseis occurs after 17000h working hours in the Sahara Desert Hinterland project, according to the different fault phenomenon, the proposed solutions and measures for the implementation and effect of solution are summarized and introduced.
