摘要
全球化时代,软实力已成为企业竞争力的主要源泉,科学合理地评价企业软实力是企业软实力建设和提升的前提。厘清企业价值认同及企业软实力的内涵,并在经济学"理性的经济人"的基本假设的基础上,从利益相关者的既得利益程度入手衡量利益相关者对企业价值的认同度,进而构建基于企业利益相关者价值认同度的企业软实力评价体系,具有更强的实践指导力,有助于企业有针对性地提升软实力。
In globalism times,soft power has became the main source of enterprises' competitiveness. Evaluating the soft power of enterprises scientifically and reasonably has been the premise of building and promoting enterprises' soft power. The thesis makes clear of the connotation of value self-identity and soft power of enterprises firstly,and weights the stakeholders' self-identity degree of enterprises' value via the degree of benefits obtained by the stakeholders based on the basic assumption,'rational economist',thus constructing the evaluation system of enterprises' soft power on the basis of the stakeholders' degree of value self-identity. The system combined with soft and hard indexes,charactering more significance of direction in practice and promoting enterprises' soft power specifically.
