摘要
为构建物流企业核心竞争力综合评价体系,从企业资源、管理能力、服务能力、市场能力、创新能力5个方面建立评价指标体系,采用改进的层次分析法(AHP)计算指标权重。采用简单加权法对某物流企业的核心竞争力评判数据自底向上逐层处理,结果与该企业近几年来的市场表现一致。
In order to build a comprehensive evaluation system of logistics enterprise core competitivi ness, this paper establishes comprehensive evaluation index system from the five aspects, including enterprise resources, management ability, service ability, then adopts the improved analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to calculate the index weight. Using simple weighting method to analyze lo gistics enterprise＇ s core competitiveness evaluation data from the bottom to top, and the results are consistent with the enterorise＇ s market nerformance in recent years.
