摘要
当前,高校已形成了以经济资助为主、能力培养为辅且强化育人功能的比较完善的资助育人体系,但受资助学生仍存在责任意识及诚信缺失,依赖心理滋长,能力培养不足及心理素质不高等问题。高校可以通过社团化管理受助学生以增强感恩意识,将日常教育活动化并突出励志教育,将助学贷款工作全程化并强调诚信教育,借助多样化的实践活动以强化能力锻炼,常态化的心理健康教育以提升心理素质等方式提升高校资助育人体系的成效。
Although nowadays universities have built a comparatively perfect financial aid and education system which gives priority to subsidizing students, which intensifies the function of cultivating students and is supplemented by ability training, there are still some problems existing among the subsidized students, such as lack of honesty and responsibility, increase of psychological, insufficient exercise of ability training and poor psychological quality. Universities can magnify the beneficial effects of the system with the following arrange ments : reinforcing the sense of appreciation of the subsidized students with the management of student society, incorporating more activities and highlighting encouragement into everyday teaching, getting the whole process manipulation of educational loans ,stressing the honesty education, taking various practical activities to enhance ability training and regularizing psychological education to improve mental condition of students.
