摘要
绩效管理已经成为当今时代组织管理的科学方法。新升格本科院校的管理千头万绪,在学校人、财、物的管理中引入绩效评价理念,明确实施绩效评价的必要性和评价指标体系构建的原则,并通过平衡记分卡构建绩效评价指标体系,对于提升高校管理的科学化水平,促进高校全面协调可持续发展有着十分重大的意义。
This paper analyzes the features of the newly upgraded university and financial risk, Introduces the con- cept of performance evaluation, illustrates the necessity of implementation of the performance evaluation and the principle of building, formulates a preliminary solution idea through balanced scorecard, in order to maximize the service efficiency of funds and promote the sustainable development of Taizhou University.
