模糊性既是自然语言的本质属性，又是诗歌语言的基本特征。中国古诗语言模糊性在语音、句法、语义和语用等各层面都有所体现。语言模糊理论对诗歌翻译具有重要的指导意义，在中国古诗英译过程中，译者应充分把握原诗语言不同层面上的模糊性，同时关照中英语言文化的差异，采取恰当翻译手段，在译入语中最大限度地再现原诗语言的模糊关。

The theory about linguistic fuzziness plays an important role in translating poems. Therefore, when translating ancient Chinese poems into English, translators should understand the fuzziness of the source language from those aspects, take the differences between Chinese and English into consideration, and try their best to reproduce the beauty of the source language＇ s fuzziness in the target language by use of proper translation methods.
