Cultural education and educational culture

文化可从宏观、中观、微观三个层面来理解。大学是传承、实践和创新文化的机构；高等教育一定要与本国的文化模式相适应，并与世界优秀文化交流融合，才会具有强大的生命力；如何使教育中有文化，如何践行文化育人，一是提高大学文化自觉；二是提高素质教育自觉；三是从教育与教学过程中挖掘和发展文化。

Culture may be comprehended from macro, middle, and micro levels. Universities are the organizations that inherit, practice and create culture. In order to be more powerful, the higher edu- cation of a nation must be fit for its culture mode and communicate with the other excellent cUltures in the world; in order to put culture into education, it is required to raise the culture consciousness and the quality education consciousness of colleges and to dig and develop culture.
