人才资源是高等学校发展的第一资源。员工培训是组织人力资源管理与开发的重要组成部分,是组织人力资源资产增值的重要途径,是企业组织效益进步的重要道路。随着社会信息化程度的提高,员工培训的方法也随之不断多元化。
Talents are the primary resources for the development of institutions of higher learning. As an important part of the management of human resources, staff training is key to the proliferation of human resources, providing support to increase the efficiency of an organization. With the social informatization, there are more and more different methods for staff training.
