Improving the quality of journals to establish high-level non-governmental universities： commemoration of the tenth anniversary of the establishment of Journal of Xi＇ an Eurasia University

以《西安欧亚学院学报》办刊10年来的成果为例，通过分析民办高校学报独有的功能和作用，探析民办高校学报在教学改革和科研成果产出、引领民办高校教学科研方向、推动学科建设、促进科研成果转化以及培育人才等方面发挥出的积极作用。

Journal of Xi＇ an Eurasia University has been published for ten years. By taking the journal＇ s development as a case, this paper makes an analysis of the unique functions and roles of non-governmental university journals from the following aspects： 1 ） teaching reform and academic output, 2） guidance in teaching and scientific research of non-governmental universities, 3 ） enhancement of disciplines＇development, 4） promotion in the transformation of scientific research achievements, and 5 ） training of talents.
