大学生创业问题的几点思考

On the Problems of College Students Entrepreneurship

我国的高等教育逐渐由精英教育向大众教育转变,高校大规模扩招,导致高校毕业生的就业压力不断加大。为缓解大学生的就业压力,鼓励和支持大学生进行创业,本文从提高大学生的创业意识、社会各部门应为大学生创业进行政策、资金的扶持、改变就业观念等方面提出了促进大学生创业的几点对策。

The higher education of our country gradually changes from elite education to mass education, and the enrollment scale of colleges results the enaployment pressure of college graduates increasing. In order to ease the pres- sure on evaployment of university students, encourage and support students to conduct business, in this paper, pro- vide several measures to promote students entrepreneurship from improving the students＇ awareness of entrepreneur- ship, social entrepreneurship departments should carry out policy, financial support for undergraduate, changing their concept of employment and other aspects.
