摘要
物流行业发展迅速、投入高、技术设备更新快等特点,决定了高职物流管理专业的实践教学很难依靠自身的力量,或者以松散的顶岗实习的形式来完成。因此,建立校企合作生产性物流教学企业,实现真正的校企融合、共建共享,是一种对现代物流人才培养模式有益改革和实践。
The logistics industry have rapid development, high investment, technology and equipment renewal and other choanctefistics, which decided the practical teaching of Logistics Management major in higher vocational ed- ucation is difficult to rely solely on its own strength, or to complete with loose post practice form. Therefore, produc- ing the teaching form of enterprise logistics teaching enterprise by school - enterprise cooperation, clearing about its conno 'tation and the construction mentality, realizing school- enterprise integration, sharing, are the good reform and practice of modem logistics talents.
